Menas HOA Management prides ourselves on outstanding customer service. All of our Community Managers are encouraged to obtain their California Association Community Management (CCAM) certification through CACM and encouraged to enroll in continuing education classes/seminars to maintain their designations. Our certified HOA and Community Managers are knowledgeable and up to date on the ever changing laws. Our Community Managers work closely with their Boards to educate, guide and support each community they manage.

Menas HOA Management’s policy is to return all phone calls and email correspondence within 24 hours. If Menas HOA Management is selected, a team will be assigned to the community to provide full management services:

I cannot say enough good things about how Menas HOA Management completely took charge of the situation and had a plumber come out and locate and fix the problem. Your maintenance representatives are very, very good and made the unpleasant situation bearable. The very same day that the leak was fixed, a restoration company was contacted and the work was completed.
It has been my pleasure to be able to work with your organization. Our Association has had many management companies over the last 30 years. None of them has offered the high level of work ethics and overall integrity that we are afforded by Menas HOA Management.
